About the Role
As a member of the Marketing Services team, you will champion Deluxe marketing and campaign services, elevating standards to provide best-in-class client experience. You will partner directly with clients, operational & production teams, and other partners to plan, prepare, and deliver large-scale online launches, ensuring localized marketing assets are delivered on time. Success requires being a team player, striving for excellence, and delivering a world-class client experience with autonomy.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders globally across all levels and functions.
- Manage online marketing campaigns from inception to completion, working with global teams and client stakeholders.
- Manage deadlines and client expectations with internal teams to meet tight turnarounds and SLAs.
- Make informed decisions and recommendations based on localization industry best practices.
- Keep campaign, project, and long-term trackers updated on an ongoing basis.
- Make independent decisions under pressure in ambiguous situations to meet aggressive deadlines, escalating and seeking guidance as necessary.
- Anticipate risks and devise mitigation strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive creative and innovative solutions to complex issues.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant work experience in localization or marketing, preferably as a Localization Producer or Project Manager within the marketing, trailer, entertainment, or gaming industries.
- Hands-on experience with project set-up, assignment, and tracking for large projects, delivering results, and exceeding client expectations.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to cultivate productive and positive relationships with internal and external partners, managers, and peers across different regions.
- Efficient in managing time and multiple projects/tasks effectively, with the ability to prioritize competing demands while meeting tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience with social media management, campaign scheduling tools, and back-end platform creator suites (YouTube Creator Studio, Facebook Business Manager etc.).
- Excellent communicator, comfortable relating with people across levels, functions, culture, and geography; builds rapport and constructive relationships; picks up on interpersonal and group dynamics and tailors communication style.
- Curious; eager to learn new skills and tools and ask the right questions.
- Courageous; not afraid to challenge yourself and others to do the right thing and create accountability.
- Comfortable with various platforms, both internally and externally; able to learn and adapt to new processes and systems.
- Experience in marketing campaign management.
- Experience with localization platforms, file formats, project management tools, and databases.
- Familiarity with entertainment localization with a focus on short form/marketing content.
