About the Role
This internship supports the SAP Solution Adoption Team in defining and executing the Solution Adoption strategy, leveraging analytics to build best-in-class customer experiences for Cloud ERP Private and/or Supply Chain solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution adoption campaigns in collaboration with key stakeholders and adoption leads to drive visibility and meet yearly targets.
- Build and manage cross-functional partnerships to align expectations and timelines for delivery.
- Provide reports and analytics for Customer Success.
- Extract, transform, and process data.
- Turn campaign performance into clear data visualizations and actionable recommendations.
- Find ways to scale and automate reporting tools.
Requirements
- Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.
- Functional proficiency in English is required for positions based in Quebec.
