About the Role
This executive leadership role will drive growth, develop strategic client relationships, lead complex capital initiatives, and establish a scalable service platform that delivers exceptional value to communities and property owners across Canada.
Responsibilities
- Drive growth and performance of the Capital Projects & Technical Services practice, including revenue, pipeline, profitability, and market expansion.
- Lead business development across Tribe's portfolio and external markets.
- Manage executive relationships with condominium boards, strata councils, developers, asset managers, and institutional stakeholders.
- Oversee capital planning, technical advisory services, and building renewal initiatives.
- Provide delivery oversight for major capital projects, including building envelope, roofing, mechanical, electrical, HVAC, parkade, elevator, life safety, and sustainability projects.
- Develop service offerings, operating standards, and scalable business processes.
- Lead and grow a high-performing technical and project delivery team.
Requirements
- 12+ years of leadership experience in capital projects, engineering, construction, technical services, facilities, or asset management.
- Demonstrated success growing a professional services, consulting, construction, or project management business.
- Proven ability to develop client relationships, generate opportunities, and lead complex engagements.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and executive presence.
- Experience leading large-scale capital projects and multidisciplinary teams.
- Expertise in procurement, contract administration, project controls, and risk management.
