About the Role
Deliver exceptional food and beverage service to guests in the restaurant, lounge, in-room dining, and banquets in accordance with hotel standards. Responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, busser, handling payments, and maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout service areas. Support setup, breakdown, and restocking duties to ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests promptly and courteously.
- Take food and beverage orders, upsell menu items, and input orders into POS system.
- Deliver orders accurately to tables or guest rooms.
- Maintain knowledge of menus, beverages, allergens, wine pairings, and specials.
- Ensure tables are properly set, maintained, and cleared between courses and after service.
- Assist in restaurant setup, side work, and closing duties.
- Support bussing, food running, and in-room dining as needed.
- Adhere to state liquor laws and hotel service standards.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas, trays, and equipment.
Requirements
- Minimum 21 years of age (to serve alcohol).
- Ability to lift 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
Skills
- Strong communication and guest service skills.
- Proficient in basic math and POS systems.
- Team-oriented, with attention to detail and a strong work ethic.

- 2 years’ experience in fine dining or upscale service environment.
Salary/Compensations
- $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
