  • Support releases, implementation validation, and post-production stabilization in accordance with enterprise controls.
  • Contribute to technical solution design for enhancements, defects, regulatory needs, and new capabilities within assigned scope.
  • Identify technical debt, engineering risks, dependencies, and opportunities to simplify or strengthen the technology landscape.
  • Contribute to modernization, platform upgrades, technology currency, automation, and engineering improvement initiatives.
  • Recommend architecture, design, integration, performance, and scalability improvements aligned with enterprise standards.
  • Apply sound technical judgment, evaluate alternatives with guidance as appropriate, and raise risks, dependencies, and recommendations clearly.
  • Collaborate across product, business, architecture, infrastructure, security, and other technology teams to deliver end-to-end outcomes.
  • Evaluate and apply approved AI-assisted engineering capabilities to improve developer productivity, code quality, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and operational efficiency while adhering to enterprise security, risk, data, and governance requirements.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root-cause analysis, performance troubleshooting, and risk identification.
