About the Role

This is a 10–12 month contract role running through the completion of our building's re-pipe project. The Project Coordinator assists in managing all aspects of the building's re-pipe project, including resident communications, schedule coordination, contractor oversight, inspections, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between Property Operations, general contractors, and the Project Manager.
  • Coordinate project schedules and workflows in collaboration with contractors and the on-site operations team.
  • Conduct on-site inspections alongside general contractors on behalf of the Project Manager.
  • Act as the Owner’s Representative during project meetings.
  • Manage owner-supplied materials by coordinating the ordering, delivery, and inventory with contractors.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to both residents (internal) and partners (external).
  • Manage the tenant notification process, ensuring all entry notices comply with state statutory requirements under the direction of leadership.
  • Coordinate daily apartment access, including handling Permission to Enter (PTE) requests for both active construction and post-completion work.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact to promptly address and resolve resident inquiries, concerns, and complaints tied to the re-pipe project.
  • Maintain detailed construction records, including comprehensive progress reports and before-and-after photographs.
  • Track and coordinate post-completion punch-list work to ensure quality control.
  • Oversee on-site administration to guarantee proper record-keeping for future liability and warranty purposes.
  • Perform additional project-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in residential property management.
  • Prior experience with construction coordination, renovation projects, or contractor scheduling is highly preferred.
