About the Role
Moon Valley Nurseries is seeking a Sales Representative with strong selling, closing, and customer interaction skills. This role offers competitive pay, professional development, and potential for significant commission and bonuses.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service throughout the customer’s experience.
- Communicate effectively in-person & over the phone to discover customer wants and needs.
- Sell and close customers based on their wants and needs.
- Facilitate sales steps including presenting value proposition, reviewing designs, conducting consults, learning goals, evaluating external design factors, submitting finance applications, and collaborating on the planning process.
- Maintain working knowledge of products and recommend them to customers.
- Navigate and use provided computer programs as selling tools.
- Seek self-development opportunities, participate in training, and welcome feedback.
- Build and maintain strong relationships and demonstrate excellent teamwork.
- Perform other duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- 2+ years of successful commission sales experience.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to represent the company in a courteous and professional manner.
- Good organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Ability to work in a non-air-conditioned environment.
- Subject to MVR and criminal background check.

- Annual recoverable draw with minimum 7% commission
- Opportunity for commission to increase based on level of sales
- Potential for $150,000+ per year in commission and bonus
