About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Customer Operations, this role provides a consolidated view of improvement initiatives, progress, and results across Customer Operations. It acts as a central point for tracking project pipelines, managing action items, and maintaining documentation and reporting, while facilitating knowledge sharing across functions.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a centralized continuous improvement project pipeline, tracking project status, milestones, deliverables, and operational risks.
- Build and manage initiative trackers, performance dashboards, and executive reporting tools to provide updates for leadership reviews.
- Monitor action items and follow up with cross-functional task owners to ensure commitments, timelines, and deliverables are met.
- Document operational processes, lessons learned, and successful practices to standardize knowledge across Customer Operations.
- Identify project dependencies, process roadblocks, and workstream risks, escalating complex issues to leadership for timely decision-making.
- Coordinate cross-functional project meetings, progress reviews, and follow-up activities to build strong collaborative relationships across operations teams.
Requirements
- Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Professional experience in project coordination, continuous improvement, or operations management, preferably within Customer Operations or Supply Chain.
- Proven track record of tracking project initiatives, managing timelines, and driving accountability across teams without direct authority.
Skills
- Advanced proficiency in data tracking and collaboration tools, specifically Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify process inefficiencies and suggest operational solutions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage competing priorities and influence diverse, cross-functional stakeholders.
