About the Role
The Central Reservations/PBX Agent provides superior guest service via phone, chat, radio, or other electronic means, handling all incoming communications and facilitating reservations for various hotel services, events, and amenities.
Responsibilities
- Answer and process all incoming communications (internal, external, electronic).
- Facilitate, process, create, modify, or cancel reservations for hotel services, limousine, restaurants, butler services, housekeeping, engineering, concert tickets, and special casino events.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience Level
- At least one year of previous experience in Contact Center, Marketing, Special Event, Hotel Operations, Box Office, or related guest service field preferred.
Education Level
- High school diploma or equivalent
