About the Role
Lexington is seeking an experienced and passionate Supervisor to lead the catering operation, restaurant, and hospitality at Lidl's new-build site in Surbiton. This is a high-profile location with a modern, vibrant setting and a busy food service operation serving up to 300 covers daily.
Responsibilities
- Motivating and managing a team of 5
- Controlling and managing a budget
- Ensuring ongoing team communications, including building internal and external relationships, management reporting and client liaison to enable operational excellence
- Ensuring COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies and duty of care to customers and colleagues
- Managing both restaurant and hospitality assuring smooth service in both areas
Requirements
- Genuine interest in customer service excellence
- Focused on the front line
- Proven team leader experience
- Self-motivated and able to work well unsupervised
- Previous experience within catering desirable
