About the Role
As a member of the Data Center Supply Chain team, the Manager of Supply Chain Governance & Assurance will establish and govern end-to-end supply chain processes, standard operating procedures, policies, and risk-management mechanisms. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams for compliance and alignment, leading process mapping, compliance and audit reviews, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives to support large-scale AI data center projects.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enforce supply chain processes, policies, and procedures.
- Establish and oversee supply chain compliance frameworks and controls.
- Identify process gaps and risks, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Define process ownership, approval requirements, and cross-functional handoffs.
- Maintain supply chain governance documentation, supplier performance records, consistent supply chain KPI definitions, scorecards, and reporting frameworks.
- Conduct Business Reviews internally and with suppliers to oversee performance scorecards and track corrective actions.
- Partner with Legal, Compliance, Finance, and other stakeholders to conduct periodic process reviews and support audits.
- Train employees in approved processes, policies, and procedures.
- Lead cross-functional operational improvements to reduce rework, accelerate approvals, and strengthen control effectiveness.
- Lead supplier onboarding, due diligence, and risk management activities by coordinating supplier assessments and implementing supplier assurance programs.
- Engage with cross-functional teams to identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, operations, finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 6+ years of Supply Chain, Governance, Process improvement, Operations or Finance experience within data center, mission-critical infrastructure, or large-scale construction environments is a strong plus.
- Deep understanding and working knowledge of supply chain, stakeholder management, and sourcing and procurement processes.
- Experience supporting supply chain governance or compliance programs is highly valuable.
- Strong ability to work with suppliers and across functional teams to develop and align on workstreams, policies, and procedures.
- Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communications skills.
- Adept at managing multiple simultaneous priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced development environment.
- Familiarity with project logistics, inventory and warehouse controls, or construction-material receiving processes is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to build and implement governance processes in a rapidly growing organization, including SOPs, responsibility matrices, approval workflows, and exception controls.
