About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead integrated campaigns for clients such as IHG and Clarios. This role requires an organized, proactive leader comfortable managing multiple workstreams and tight timelines, ensuring the successful execution of creative projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the lifecycle of integrated campaigns across broadcast/video, social, digital, OOH, and retail/in-store touchpoints.
  • Partner with Operations to implement and optimize the new PM/RM tool for tracking, resourcing, and reporting.
  • Balance 'always-on' workstreams with major brand campaigns, maintaining clear timelines and dependencies.
  • Manage creative and production bandwidth within the RM tool, identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks.
  • Serve as the central liaison between Account, Strategy, Creative, and Production teams.
  • Maintain real-time project health data, providing visibility into status, budget burn, and team utilization.
  • Own the schedule for internal stand-ups, creative reviews, and stakeholder check-ins.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, keep teams aligned, and communicate updates and blockers.
  • Streamline processes and find efficiencies in project delivery.

Skills

  • Knowledge of advertising channels (social, digital, web, POS, print, motion, TV, DOOH, OOH).
  • Strong working knowledge of project management tools, principles, and methodologies.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities.

Salary/Compensations

  • $70,000-$80,000
