About the Role
Panera Bread is seeking talented restaurant leaders to join their team. Restaurant Managers serve quality food, connect with guests, and enjoy a flexible schedule that allows for work/life balance. This role is ideal for those who love the food service industry but prefer not to work late nights.
Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of daily restaurant operations, including delivering a high-quality menu and motivating staff for excellent guest service.
- Maintain restaurant revenue, profitability, and quality goals, ensuring efficient operations and high standards for production, productivity, quality, and customer service.
- Create a friendly atmosphere for guests.
- Invest in and develop cafe teams to execute flawless service and create memorable experiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Restaurant Manager (fast casual and/or full-service, high-volume restaurants preferred).
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Valid driver's license and vehicle required.
- Passion for the food service industry and a People First approach.
- Flexibility to commute up to 25-30 miles each way to/from work location.
- Authorization to work in the USA.
