About the Role
SONIFI is seeking a Field Telecommunications Technician in the Albany, NY area to resolve technical issues, provide customer support, and guide clients on SONIFI products. This role is ideal for someone with a strong desire to solve problems, flexibility, quick learning ability, and the capacity to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Support customers in the assigned region.
- Provide support and guidance to customers on SONIFI products.
- Communicate professionally with staff at hospitality customers.
- Understand and respect boundaries, protocols, and empathy needed in healthcare customer environments.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and safe driving habits.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer priorities and requests.
- Occasional travel outside of the assigned area.
- On-call availability.
- Occasional overtime and weekend work.
