About the Role
One Medical is seeking a dedicated Advanced Practitioner to manage a patient panel, providing high-quality, human-centered primary care in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a patient panel with a broad array of patient needs
- Conduct a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits
- Treat patients in-office, in testing centers, and via occasional tele-health visits
- Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and continuous learning
- Collaborate with in-office teammates and virtual clinical teams
- Perform in-office procedures
- Obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual primary care
Requirements
- Completed an accredited FNP or PA program with a national certification
- Minimum 2 years of outpatient primary care experience seeing patients of all ages (0+) within the last 5 years
- Alternatively, 1 year of outpatient primary care experience (0+) coupled with a 1-year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting (0+)
- State licensed in Texas by the start date
