About the Role
AutoCamp is seeking a dynamic, service-oriented Guest Experience Team Member to join our team! AutoCamp is a lifestyle hotel brand that is changing the way people experience the great outdoors. Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly and courteously.
- Monitor kitchen cleanliness and adherence to food and drink safety laws.
- Assist with cooking and serving meals and beverages as needed.
- Restock store and back-of-house inventory regularly.
- Support guests with registration, accommodation assignments, and special requests.
- Guide guests through check-ins/check-outs efficiently and friendly, following AutoCamp policies.
- Collect and distribute guest messages.
- Pre-register, block, and take same-day and future reservations according to hotel rate structures and strategies.
- Resolve guest complaints and assist with inquiries about services, events, directions, and local attractions.
- Assist in solving billing discrepancies.
- Perform cancellations according to procedures.
- Perform other duties as requested by the supervisor.
Requirements
- Must be over 21 to pour alcohol.
Skills
- Passion for the great outdoors and creating delight for guests
- Previous food and beverage experience preferred
- Ability to work with cloud-based applications
- Knowledge of Google Suite products preferred
- Strong relational skills
- Thoroughness and attention to detail
- Excellent and attentive customer service
- Hospitality background, preferably in hotels or resorts
- Food and beverage background
- Customer service background
- Well-groomed with a keen sense of style and appreciation for good design
- Creative problem-solving abilities
