Responsibilities
- Greets all visitors entering the community, answers questions, ensures visitors sign guest sheets, and answers/directs phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
- Sorts, delivers, and collects incoming/outgoing community and resident mail.
- Performs basic office/clerical functions and maintains visitor logs.
- Responds to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.
Requirements
- Receptionists greet all visitors entering the community, answer questions, ensure visitors sign guest sheets, and answer/direct phone calls to the proper residents and staff.
- Receptionists sort, deliver and collect incoming/outgoing community and resident mail, and may be asked to do basic office/clerical functions, and maintain visitor logs.
- May also respond to resident emergencies by calling appropriate internal and external parties based on community protocol.

- Base pay in range will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience.
