About the Role

We are seeking experienced Finance Senior Associates to join our internal finance team. Supporting a business unit within the Deals Line of Service, this role offers the opportunity to provide valuable financial insight, challenge and decision support in a fast-paced commercial environment. Working closely with Finance Leaders, Managers and key stakeholders, responsibilities span business partnering, forecasting, revenue recognition, performance management and financial governance. The role is ideal for someone with strong technical and analytical skills, commercial awareness and a collaborative approach, who enjoys building relationships, influencing stakeholders and contributing to business performance and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Support the analysis of financial results, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Assist in preparing forward-looking insights and analysis to aid stakeholder planning and management of future performance, including financial and non-financial KPIs.
  • Apply IFRS 15 principles through robust contract assessment and revenue recognition treatment, providing constructive challenge and practical guidance.
  • Interpret monthly financial results and prepare commentary for the Finance Leader/Finance Manager.
  • Drive billing discipline and cash collection performance to improve working capital and reduce Investment in Client (IIC) risk.
  • Provide stakeholders with relevant accounting advice from the bid stage through the life of engagements.
  • Partner with finance and operational teams to embed financial expertise into business projects and change initiatives across Deals.

Requirements

  • Strong focus on continuous improvement.
  • Sound understanding of IFRS 15 principles.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Confidence to interpret data, identify risks, and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills.
  • Interest in leveraging AI and technology-driven tools for analysis and reporting is desirable.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Curious mindset, able to learn quickly, manage competing priorities, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience within a professional services firm is ideal.
