About the Role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Entry-Level Mailing Equipment Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will help run mail insertion, folding, and inkjet addressing equipment. No prior machine experience is required; we provide full on-the-job training for quick learners with a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Load paper, envelopes, and inserts into mail-processing and folding machines.
- Check finished mail pieces for errors, missing pages, or misalignments.
- Clear basic paper jams and perform minor adjustments to keep machines running.
- Place finished mail into trays or sleeves following U.S. Postal Service (USPS) guidelines.
- Keep the production area clean, safe, and organized.
Requirements
- Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 45 pounds safely.
- Verify numbers, names, and mailing lists for accuracy.
- Show up on time and work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
