Bailey Nelson is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our expanding Australian brand in Canada. This role offers significant leadership growth potential within a fast-growing company focused on improving customer eyecare experiences.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in delivering a seamless customer journey.
- Assist the Store Manager with daily team leadership and driving team performance.
- Take full ownership of the store operations two days per week.
- Ensure smooth appointment scheduling and positive customer interactions.
- Coach and support the team to deliver excellent customer service.
Requirements
