About the Role

Atoms is building Physical AI—real-world robots for industries like food, mining, and transport. This role involves designing and implementing kitchen layouts within Delivery Hubs, managing the buildout process, and ensuring a positive client experience during onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Enterprise clients to design highly efficient, scalable kitchen layouts within Delivery Hubs.
  • Translate typical operations into spaces that maximize function with minimal customization.
  • Build a prototype solution that scales across the Cloudkitchen network.
  • Own the post-occupancy scope for kitchen readiness, including permits, equipment layout, and buildout.
  • Serve as the connective tissue between internal teams (City GM, Facility Manager, Design, Construction, Onboarding) and external stakeholders (contractors, Licensee).
  • Manage space planning, including kitchen floor plans incorporating licensee food service equipment.
  • Source and schedule tenant improvements and manage light construction administration.
  • Manage building permits for major tenant improvement work.
  • Partner with operators to submit and track health permitting approvals.
  • Own the client experience throughout the design and construction phase of onboarding.
  • Manage all tenant improvement (TI) expenditures through AP/AR.
  • Take on regional projects and new initiatives.
  • Help shape and scale the function as the team grows.

Requirements

  • 4 - 6 years of experience in house PM or designer/construction administration for enterprise food, retail, or service industry.
  • Ability to manage expectations and influence others with different goals.
  • Organized approach to managing tasks and projects.
  • Precise, detail-oriented, and highly responsive communication.
  • High level of follow-through, especially when managing unreliable contractors.
  • Strong ownership mentality and care for details.
  • Reliable and dependable in task completion.
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think critically and use data to drive decisions.
  • Focus on efficiency and scale in process building.
  • High emotional intelligence to manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders and customers.
