About the Role
We’re looking for an Assembly Technician who’s excited to jump in, learn, and contribute from day one to our machine shop, combining precision with teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Putting together parts and tools using rivet guns, PEM setters, drills
- Installing fasteners and hardware with care and accuracy
- Reading basic blueprints
- Solving small problems before they become big ones
- Working closely with a tight-knit team
- Staying organized and focused, even when things get busy
Requirements
- 1-5 years of hands-on assembly experience
- Machine shop experience is a big plus
- Solid understanding of how to use common hand and power tools
- A keen eye for detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to follow directions (written and spoken)
- A positive attitude
- Strong work ethic
- A self-starting mindset
