About the Role
Join PwC's growing Data & AI Consulting team to shape the future of insurance transformation. As insurers modernize core platforms and migrate to Guidewire Cloud, we seek experienced Guidewire data leaders to combine technical expertise with delivery leadership, helping clients unlock value from their data. You will lead the design and delivery of enterprise data and analytics solutions within complex Guidewire transformation programs, partnering with business, technology, and architecture teams to drive successful outcomes for leading UK insurance organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and delivery of Guidewire data solutions across DataHub, InfoCenter, Cloud Data Access (CDA), Guidewire Data Platform and wider enterprise data ecosystems.
- Define scalable data architectures, integration patterns and cloud-based solutions aligned to Guidewire and enterprise standards.
- Oversee data migration, ETL development, data modelling and integration activities within large-scale insurance transformation programmes.
- Establish robust data governance, quality, security and lineage controls to support business and regulatory requirements.
- Partner with senior client stakeholders, architects and technology teams to shape data strategies, reporting capabilities and analytics solutions.
- Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary delivery teams, supporting solution development, technical assurance and successful programme delivery.
Requirements
- Deep experience delivering Guidewire data solutions, including DataHub, InfoCenter, CDA, Data Studio or Guidewire Data Platform.
- Strong expertise in enterprise data architecture, ETL design, data modelling and integration patterns within complex insurance environments.
- Successfully led data workstreams or technical delivery within Guidewire Cloud or InsuranceSuite transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of insurance data across Policy, Claims, Billing and Customer domains.
- Experience delivering cloud-based data platforms and modern analytics solutions using cloud-native technologies.
- Ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders, communicate complex technical concepts and lead teams through large-scale transformation programmes.
