About the Role

The incumbent will report to the Senior Manager, Recognition and Engagement, and will support recognition and engagement activities and programs across the Network. They will collaborate with stakeholders and business partners at all levels to design, deliver, and support high-quality programs that meet business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Work with directors, vendors, and key stakeholders to design and develop creative, interactive, and high-quality learning content for remote and in-class training.
  • Ensure all recurring learning programs are updated regularly to incorporate changes in program, organization, procedure, and technology.
  • Proactively generate new opportunities and drive new program initiatives to help build a continuous pipeline of high-quality leaders.
  • Oversee program plans and lead schedules, as well as program budgets.
  • Monitor programs/projects from launch to delivery and interact with internal clients or department staff.
  • Organize program activities and interdepartmental meetings.
  • Ensure communication facilitates program/project completion within timelines and budget constraints.
  • Plan and facilitate networking events.
  • Support the implementation of the evaluation strategy to ensure a data-driven approach to program improvement.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Passion for people and development.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and a motivation to contribute to new programs, procedures, ideas, and practices while embracing existing ones.
  • Proven project management skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to produce results.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach other leaders.
  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) and comfort interacting with regional managers, directors, and senior executives.
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
