About the Role

Drive revenue growth by strategically managing client relationships, generating new and existing sales, and delivering AT&T products, services, and/or solutions to address customers’ strategic business priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, build, and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Understand client needs and utilize consultative skills to close sales.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Deliver tailored presentations.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new opportunities and expand/retain existing accounts.
  • Meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Develop and submit detailed responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Support resolution of customer disputes and accounts discrepancies.
  • Provide effective solutions to billing, installation, and other customer issues.
  • Engage in sales activities at customer sites.
  • Communicate with customers via phone, teleconference, e-mail, etc. related to proposed solutions/sales.
  • Travel to/from customer premises for sales activities.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on technical sales issues.
  • Advise customers on product suitability based on technical needs.
  • Prepare proposals/presentations/bids, including developing pricing/strategic plans and proposed solutions/sales.
  • Research and develop solutions with AT&T external partners, including design/engineering.
  • Research customer business/industry to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Introduce new products, lead training, and mentor colleagues.

Requirements

  • Current sales experience within the past 2 years.
  • Ability to understand and provide complex network solutions through collaboration with clients and internal resources.
  • Candidates from Verizon, T-Mobile, or former AT&T employees are preferred.
  • No retail store candidates.

Salary/Compensations

  • $112,900 - $169,300
  • $84,600.00 - $169,300.00 + commission $65,000
