About the Role

This role has primary ownership of NetSuite and other critical business systems, focusing on administration, integration, and AI-driven automation to streamline processes and improve efficiency across various departments.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee administration of NetSuite, including user access, roles/permissions, licensing, and environment management.
  • Manage planning and communication for major upgrade cycles, releases, and environment refreshes.
  • Ensure configuration and customization requests align with business needs.
  • Provide end users with a reliable support path for systems issues and oversee resolution of complex problems.
  • Monitor platform health and vendor performance, ensuring timely communication to the business.
  • Track vendor product roadmaps and evaluate new features, such as AI tooling, for system relevance.
  • Manage vendor relationships for administration, support, and project delivery.
  • Identify and design AI-driven automation for redundant or manual business processes.
  • Own and manage integrations between core systems, acting as the primary owner for data exchange.
  • Establish standards and governance for the design, testing, and maintenance of new integrations.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new system implementations and integrations.
  • Project manage the onboarding of new systems and integrations from kickoff through launch.
  • Partner with multiple teams to scope, support, and deliver projects requiring new or modified system integrations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in retail business operations and technology/systems.
  • Hands-on experience administering NetSuite or a comparable ERP.
  • Demonstrated experience using AI tools to automate manual/redundant business processes.
  • Experience owning system integrations end-to-end, including architecture, UAT planning, and execution.
  • Strong project management skills, particularly leading onboarding of new systems or integrations across multiple teams.
  • Experience with retail/DTC business processes (store openings, wholesale, e-commerce, financial close).
  • Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills.
  • Experience managing direct reports and/or external vendors/consultants.
