About the Role

This role supports Supply Chain Management (SCM) and ERP programs by creating and distributing newsletters and slide decks to promote program updates and activities. You will manage meeting cadences, oversee SharePoint, develop engaging content, and assist with ad-hoc requests.

Responsibilities

  • Support Supply Chain Management (SCM) and ERP programs and stakeholders by creating and distributing newsletters and slide decks to promote program updates and activities.
  • Manage meeting cadences, ensuring all communications and coordination are executed smoothly.
  • Oversee SharePoint management, organizing and maintaining content for easy access and collaboration.
  • Develop and curate engaging and informative content to support program objectives.
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests by delivering tailored communication resources and materials.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to support SCM and ERP programs.
  • Develop clear and engaging communications for stakeholders.
  • Manage digital platforms like SharePoint.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance team and program visibility.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled, or recently graduated (start date must be within 6 months of graduation date) from a coding academy/bootcamp, apprenticeship, associate, bachelor’s, master’s or JD/PhD program.
