About the Role

This position manages project electronic documentation and facilitates the design review process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide guidance and training on document control processes to Project Management Team members.
  • Maintain document repositories (Project Wise, Client PMIS systems and hardcopy files) to verify correct filing in accordance with business, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform quality reviews to verify documents are filed in accordance with established document control conventions, processes, and data structure requirements.
  • Support project staff in project closeout documentation.
  • Manage final and published documents as Project records in accordance with business, legal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage and control various document processes and logs for the project(s).
  • Address questions/issues from end users.
  • Perform document loading functions in support of project teams.
  • Support end users on document filing in electronic systems.
  • Maintain the Project Document Control Plan.
  • Provide guidance and training on document control processes to project team members.

Requirements

  • BS in information management field or equivalent work experience required.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting/maintaining electronic document management systems.
  • Experience with maintaining/managing document metadata tags, naming conventions, document retention policies, and other aspects of current document management solutions.
  • Experience developing file categories and indexing structures for a wide variety of materials (both hardcopy and electronic) under a comprehensive records management system.
  • Detail oriented with strong affection toward consistency and persistence in maintaining quality control standards and conventions.
