About the Role
As Marketing Coordinator, you will report to the Marketing Manager and be responsible for creating content, sales materials, campaigns, and events across multiple businesses within the Triumph Group. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing team, division leaders, and sales, with opportunities for learning and taking ownership of your work.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit social posts, email content, website updates, newsletters, and announcements, adapting the message for each audience and checking facts.
- Build and update PowerPoint presentations, sales decks, product sheets, and proposal materials.
- Schedule approved social posts, prepare email campaigns, and make website content updates, ensuring accuracy before publication.
- Coordinate events and trade shows, managing registrations, supplier deadlines, booth materials, shipping, staffing, and checklists.
- Organize lead information from events and campaigns for sales follow-up.
- Maintain marketing calendars and task trackers, confirming requirements and deadlines, and flagging delays.
- Prepare clear requests for designers, printers, and suppliers, coordinating revisions and ensuring materials meet brief and brand guidelines.
- Use approved templates and maintain brand standards across all divisions.
- Organize photography, logos, presentations, and other assets for easy access.
- Compile basic social, email, and campaign reports, check data, and share observations with the marketing team.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related coordination role, with examples of delivered work.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Confidence in building and formatting PowerPoint presentations with a good eye for layout and consistency.
- Practical experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on work with social media, email marketing, or website updates.
- Experience supporting events or trade shows and organizing logistics.
- Experience in construction, building products, manufacturing, or another B2B environment is an asset.
- Pride in attention to detail and thorough work checking.
- Proactive in seeking clarification for unclear briefs.
- Promptly communicating and addressing any missed items.
- Making independent decisions to keep tasks moving forward.
- Following up with others for necessary input.
- Willingness to share knowledge and assist the team.
- Ability to receive feedback and make revisions without issue.
