About the Role
Partner with customers to resolve past-due accounts through respectful, compliant, and solution-focused conversations in a third-party collections environment. Gain exposure to different account types and build valuable collections and negotiation skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for third-party client accounts
- Work with customers to create realistic and manageable payment solutions
- Maintain strict compliance with FDCPA and all applicable regulations
- Accurately document account activity and payment arrangements
- Meet or exceed performance and quality goals
Requirements
- Collections or call center experience preferred, but not required
Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Professional and confident phone presence
- Ability to remain empathetic, respectful, and compliant on every call
