About the Role
CRM Rental Management, Inc. is seeking a Superintendent to oversee the Maintenance Team and ensure the property is maintained to provide a safe, secure, and comfortable environment for residents, visitors, and staff. This role is responsible for preserving the overall physical condition and operational integrity of the property.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and maintain the physical condition of the entire property
- Lead, supervise, and support the maintenance team
- Foster positive relationships with residents, team members, vendors, suppliers, and service professionals
- Diagnose and perform routine, preventive, and emergency maintenance, including minor and major repairs
- Manage inventory and maintenance supplies
- Implement and ensure adherence to preventive maintenance programs and safety protocols
Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of full-time maintenance experience
- Proven ability to lead, train, and motivate a team
- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and household appliances
- Willingness to perform hands-on tasks and continue professional development
- Strong communication skills with confidence, positive attitude and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups
- Must be able to pass a 5-year background check
- Must be able to pass pre-employment drug testing
