About the Role

As Senior Product Marketing Manager, you will be our internal authority on Malt’s pricing architecture, competitive landscape, and product GTM strategy. You will own Malt’s pricing and packaging strategy end-to-end, bridging Product, Commercial, Finance, and Marketing to translate product value into scalable revenue models. You lead willingness-to-pay analysis, analyst relations and commercial alignment to maximise yield, market penetration and long-term customer value.

Responsibilities

  • Own Malt’s global pricing and packaging strategy, fee structures, and monetisation models.
  • Drive ongoing pricing redesign initiatives, translating ground-level frameworks into fully operationalised plans, price points, and feature configurations.
  • Conduct ongoing willingness-to-pay research, market benchmarking, and customer value analysis to refine tiering, discount governance, and add-on structures.
  • Partner with Finance, Product, Operations, and Sales to operationalize updates to pricing models, contract terms, and Salesforce workflows.
  • Align monetisation with key business metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, retention).
  • Serve as the strategic PMM partner to Product Management, bringing holistic market, pricing, and competitive insights to inform and shape the core product roadmap.
  • Ensure full internal visibility into roadmap changes and strategic launches across revenue, marketing, and operational functions.
  • Build and refine customer personas, vertical segmentation, and messaging frameworks that differentiate Malt in the market.
  • Develop core sales collateral, including primary pitch decks, value propositions, and buyer guides.
  • Build Malt’s competitive intelligence function from the ground up, including the rollout and management of competitive intelligence tools like Crayon.
  • Translate competitor moves, industry trends, and internal customer signals into actionable guidance for leadership.
  • Develop high-impact battlecards and objection-handling tools to enable commercial teams in competitive deals.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with key industry analyst firms, serving as the main point of contact for routine briefings and periodic assessments.
  • Translate positive analyst ratings, market reports, and competitive badges into strategic marketing collateral to build trust with enterprise buyers.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of experience in B2B SaaS product marketing or strategy, with deep expertise in pricing, packaging, monetisation, and willingness-to-pay models.
  • Strong cross-functional leader with exceptional stakeholder management skills across Product, Commercial, and Finance teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Highly structured thinker who absorbs complex quantitative/qualitative data and rapidly forms actionable strategic recommendations quickly.
  • Excellent stakeholder manager who easily builds rapport across Commercial, Product, Finance, and Marketing organisations.
  • Highly flexible in communication style across multi-cultural teams and varied organisational seniority levels.
  • Comfortable working in dynamic environments with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
  • Ability to unravel complexity and to lead and define new processes, answers and solutions.
  • Possesses a continuous learning mindset with strong project management skills.
