About the Role
Join our team in Berlin to ensure the smooth operation of systems in our measuring equipment plant. We are looking for someone to install, integrate, and maintain IT systems and operating system software, realize application-specific solutions, and maintain IT end devices by providing existing programs and modifying hardware and software. You will also analyze and resolve application problems for faulty systems and operating resources, inspect operating resources, perform minor repairs and maintenance, and coordinate partner services.
Responsibilities
- Install, integrate, and maintain IT systems and operating system software.
- Realize application-specific solutions and maintain IT end devices by providing existing programs and modifying hardware and software.
- Analyze and resolve application problems for faulty systems and operating resources.
- Inspect operating resources, perform minor repairs and maintenance, and coordinate partner services.
- Ensure the smooth operation of systems and resolve disruptions during downtimes.
- Instruct the team on existing vehicles in the logistics area.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or metal processing, combined with many years of professional experience in system and equipment support.
- Engaged, independent, and customer-oriented personality with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in SAP and MS Office.
- Willingness to work in shifts.
