About the Role

The Janitorial Operations Manager is responsible for providing direct customer service and support, along with operational oversight of supervisors and frontline staff. This role ensures adherence to Agency policy and maintains and enhances culture, safety, uniform treatment, and support of all staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct customer service and support.
  • Provide operational oversight of a network of supervisors and frontline staff.
  • Ensure Agency policy adherence.
  • Maintain and enhance culture, safety, uniform treatment, and support of all staff.
  • Respond to, manage, and resolve after-hours emergencies as per contractual obligations.

Requirements

  • 18 years of age or older.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license that meets WWAARC insurability standards.
  • Servant leadership is a requirement.
  • Must secure and maintain all certifications and training required by WWAARC.

Salary/Compensations
