About the Role
This position is for any person who has previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position.
Responsibilities
- Support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store.
- Maintain Guest Services as per Company Standards.
- Support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.
Requirements
- Must have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position.
- Minimum age requirement is 16.
- Ability to climb ladders.
- Ability to set up fixtures.
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours.
