Supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsible for supporting the Store Manager in store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability through guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage, merchandising, and inventory control.

Controls expenses and shrinkage.
Manages merchandising and inventory control.

Requirements

Must have previously worked for Spencer's / Spirit Halloween in an Assistant Store Manager position.
Minimum age requirement is 18.
Must have a flexible schedule.
Requires 8+ hours of standing and walking.
Requires climbing ladders.
Requires setting up fixtures.
Requires lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.
Prior retail management experience is required.
