About the Role
Roscoe Mountain Club is seeking a detail-oriented, service-driven professional to support our Sales and Events team in delivering exceptional experiences for guests and visitors. In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating events, supporting sales efforts, and helping bring memorable experiences to life in a truly unique setting.
Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Sales in detailing all contracted events from initial booking through execution.
- Prepare and distribute Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), timelines, and detailed function sheets.
- Serve as a liaison between Sales, Events, and Operations teams.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of event details, updates, and client preferences.
- Coordinate onsite experiential and branded activations for contracted events.
- Communicate logistics with Operations, Food & Beverage, Guest Services, and external vendors.
- Assist with planning décor, entertainment, activities, and experiential enhancements.
- Assist the Event Team with day-of coordination and event flow management.
- Provide onsite client support to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in real time during events.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Events team.
- Participate in site visits, planning meetings, and pre-event walkthroughs.
- Uphold Club service standards at all times.
- Perform other duties assigned.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in hospitality, events, or sales coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Good organizational and verbal skills.
- Ability to use logical and rational thinking to resolve issues.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical skills, monitor and develop subordinates, visually monitor the operation areas, and write and read member communication.
- Ability to perform moderate physical work.
- May be required to lift up to 50 lbs. and up to 20 lbs. frequently.
- Perform activities such as bending, kneeling, crouching, climbing, reaching, standing, pushing, lifting, and grasping for up to 5 hours without sitting.
- Ability to consistently lift, carry, and load adaptive and other sports equipment that may weigh 50 or more pounds.
- Ability to sustain aerobic activity for 20 consecutive minutes.
- No other staff member is authorized to climb to heights exceeding 8 ft. and/or perform such maintenance.
- Personnel are prohibited from entering facility attics, walking on the roof of buildings, and/or using scaffolding.
