About the Role

This position is for any person who has previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team in the setup, merchandising, pack-up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Sales Associate is responsible for maintaining Guest Services as per Company Standards. The Sales Associate will support the Store Management Team by generating sales, sign waving, general housekeeping, merchandising, signing, pricing, POS operations and loss prevention.

Requirements

Must have previously worked for Spencer’s / Spirit Halloween in a Sales Associate position.
Minimum age requirement is 16.
Ability to climb ladders.
Ability to set up fixtures.
Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
Ability to stand/walk for 8 hours.
