About the Role

Act as a key partner in coordinating administrative and operational activities supporting analysts, specialists, and business leaders within the National Bank of Canada's Capital Markets Research teams. This role allows you to make a concrete impact through your expertise in coordination, priority management, event and travel organization, and team support in a dynamic, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel, client meetings, conferences, and marketing activities, ensuring a high level of efficiency and compliance.
  • Manage calendars, administrative priorities, and operational requests to support the Research and Sales teams.
  • Maintain databases, tracking tools, marketing documents, and client information to ensure data accuracy.
  • Prepare and follow up on expense reports, management reports, and various documents required by the teams.
  • Support activities related to onboarding new hires, managing access, and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities.
  • Collaborate with internal partners to coordinate requests related to technology, market data, and various business tools.

Requirements

  • Hold a college diploma, university certificate, or bachelor's degree in a relevant field, along with significant experience in administrative coordination or operational support.
  • Possess experience in coordinating travel, events, meetings, or complex management activities.
  • Master Microsoft Office suite tools and administrative and reporting management platforms.
  • Have experience in a fast-paced environment requiring simultaneous management of multiple priorities.
  • Possess knowledge of the financial services sector, financial markets, or a comparable professional environment.
  • Experience supporting research, sales, or financial markets teams is an asset.
