About the Role

Neko is redefining preventative care by making data-driven, personalized health insights accessible. This role is critical for defining CRM strategy and establishing it as a core growth engine, focusing on converting leads and waitlists into booked scans and encouraging member retention.

Responsibilities

  • Define the long-term CRM strategy, including a multi-market vision and roadmap for acquisition, conversion, and retention.
  • Own CRM's measurable contribution to bookings, rebooking, referrals, and revenue.
  • Design CRM as a coherent program across nurture, lifecycle, and re-engagement channels.
  • Scale CRM for the US and international markets, building a repeatable playbook that includes regional compliance and localization.
  • Implement a test-and-learn framework to ensure results influence decision-making.
  • Hire and build the CRM function, creating a high-performing team with defined structures.
  • Manage the CRM budget, technology stack, and vendor relationships.
  • Operate the CRM platform and shape test briefs in the early months.
  • Influence executive decisions on growth and be accountable for CRM's financial contribution.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, including team leadership and building from a small base.
  • Proven track record of setting CRM strategy and owning business outcomes (bookings, retention, LTV, revenue).
  • Experience leading a CRM function through transformation or scale-up, including organization design and operating model.
  • Proven experience running structured experimentation at scale and adapting strategy based on results.
  • Confidence using AI tools for efficiency and scale while maintaining accuracy.
  • Experience leading CRM across multiple markets, including US regulations (CAN-SPAM, TCPA) and international privacy.
  • Experience owning a budget and managing vendors and agencies.
  • Strong executive communication skills to present CRM's growth contribution and influence senior leadership.
  • Ability to align and influence cross-functional partners.
