About the Role
Manage and oversee housekeeping and laundry services to ensure facility standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage housekeeping and laundry programs, policies, and schedules.
- Oversee the Department of Health survey process.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Manage and train housekeeping staff in cleaning protocols and safety procedures.
- Oversee inventory management of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Handle scheduling, budgeting, and reporting related to housekeeping operations.
- Perform other job-related duties as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of Environmental Services experience in a Nursing Home, Senior Living, Hospital, or Healthcare setting required.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
