About the Role
As a member of the DTI team, the Senior Data Analyst acts as a liaison between business and technical communities to develop data solutions that support business needs. You will elicit, analyze, communicate, validate and translate data requirements into clear communications, Agile work items—including epics, features, stories and tasks—and other documentation. You will apply advanced data modelling and analysis techniques to build and maintain transformation rules and source-to-target mappings. Working closely with clients, you will examine business rules and data transformation requirements, document new data needs, and contribute to the design of new data integration streams or updates to existing data pipelines. As an active member of an Agile team, you will participate throughout the product lifecycle and collaborate with squad members, technology stakeholders and internal customers. Success in this role requires strong digital and IT knowledge, the ability to learn new solutions quickly, adaptability, excellent communication and analytical skills, and strong relationship-management capabilities.

- Collect, organize, analyze and share complex information with precision, and explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Lead data-requirements sessions and present complex issues using persuasion, influence, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills to build consensus.
