Responsibilities

  • Manage and configure Microsoft Copilot for M365 across EDC's environment, including user license and access assignment, access control, feature enablement, and service configuration.
  • Configure and maintain Microsoft Entra ID, M365 Admin Center, and Copilot administrative settings, ensuring proper role and permission assignment and policy enforcement.
  • Implement and manage security, compliance, data protection, and governance controls for AI usage within Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environments.
  • Deploy, configure, test, and support AI-driven Copilot agents, connectors, extensions, and features in adherence to corporate security standards.
  • Troubleshoot complex authentication, authorization, data access, and service integration issues related to Copilot and AI platforms.
  • Perform daily management and operational support for Copilot, Power Platform components, and related Microsoft 365 services.
  • Monitor platform health, service performance, usage analytics, adoption metrics, and operational alerts to identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct platform maintenance tasks, including configuration changes, updates, patch validation, lifecycle management, and environment cleanup.
  • Develop automation scripts, operational processes, and monitoring solutions to enhance platform reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
  • Support platform testing, release validation, and deployment of new AI capabilities, administrative features, and service enhancements.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for incidents, issues, and service requests related to Copilot, Power Platform, and AI platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve licensing, configuration, permission, integration, and performance issues across all Microsoft 365 AI services.
  • Analyze root causes of recurring problems and implement corrective actions to improve service stability and user experience.
  • Author and maintain technical documentation, runbooks, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures.
  • Provide hands-on coaching and knowledge transfer to team members on AI platform administration, troubleshooting techniques, and best operational practices.

Requirements

  • A minimum of seven years of experience administering enterprise Microsoft 365 environments, including tenant management, Entra ID, license management, and security and compliance configuration.
