Responsibilities
- Administer and configure Microsoft Copilot for M365 across the EDC tenant, including licensing, user provisioning, access management, feature enablement, and service configuration.

- Deploy, configure, test, and support Copilot agents, connectors, plug-ins, and AI-enabled capabilities while ensuring compliance with organizational security standards.
- Troubleshoot complex authentication, authorization, data access, and service integration issues related to Copilot and AI platforms.
- Perform day-to-day administration and operational support of Copilot, Power Platform components, and related Microsoft 365 services.
- Monitor platform health, service performance, usage analytics, adoption metrics, and operational alerts to identify issues and drive continuous improvement.
- Execute platform maintenance activities, including configuration changes, updates, patch validation, lifecycle management, and environment cleanup.
- Develop automation scripts, operational processes, and monitoring solutions to improve platform reliability, efficiency, and scalability.
- Support platform testing, release validation, and deployment activities for new AI capabilities, administrative features, and service enhancements.
- Serve as the senior technical escalation point for Copilot, Power Platform, and AI platform incidents, problems, and service requests.
- Diagnose and resolve licensing, configuration, permission, integration, and performance issues across Microsoft 365 AI services.
- Perform root cause analysis on recurring issues and implement corrective actions to improve service stability and user experience.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, knowledge articles, and standard operating procedures.
- Provide hands-on coaching and knowledge transfer to team members on AI platform administration, troubleshooting techniques, and operational best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ professional experience administering Microsoft 365 enterprise environments, including tenant management, Entra ID, licensing, and security/compliance configuration.
