About the Role
As an IT Technician (m/f/d) at Computacenter, you will be close to the customer, ensuring that IT functions smoothly in everyday life. You can expect varied tasks with direct user contact and exciting technical challenges.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and resolve faults and process incoming incidents and tickets.
- Support users on-site or remotely and act as the central point of contact for IT questions.
- Install, configure, and repair end devices and IT equipment.
- Carry out rollouts, IT moves, and migrations.
- Provide and retrieve IT equipment and instruct users on its use.
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training, retraining, or comparable knowledge acquired in practice and extensive professional experience.
- Strong service orientation and communication skills, with a preference for teamwork.
- Good hardware knowledge of common manufacturers and very good knowledge of current Microsoft operating systems.
- Possession of a Class 3/B driver's license.
- Very good German language skills; good English skills are an advantage.
- Applications must be submitted in German.
