About the Role
As a ServiceNow Architect w/m/d, you will take technical responsibility for complex platform solutions, translating customer requirements into scalable, secure, and future-proof architectures from concept to implementation.
Responsibilities
- Design high-quality ServiceNow solutions aligned with business processes and platform best practices.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into robust technical architectures and implementation designs.
- Ensure successful implementation and assume architectural governance.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, communicating complex technical content clearly and appropriately.
- Represent the ServiceNow Center of Excellence in client-facing and internal projects across the entire ServiceNow portfolio.
- Ensure adherence to development, design, and delivery standards, and create technical documentation.
- Design the transition of projects into a sustainable operating model.
- Collaborate closely with all CoE teams and actively contribute to the advancement of standards and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership and support colleagues through mentoring.
- Serve as a role model for technical excellence and professional conduct.
Requirements
- Extensive implementation experience with multiple ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, or IRM.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in delivering ServiceNow solutions, including technical or architectural roles.
- Proven expertise on the ServiceNow platform, including architecture, data model, APIs, development tools, and implementation guidelines.
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform best practices and architectural governance.
- Proficiency in web technologies, including JavaScript, REST/SOAP web services, XML, and JSON.
- Ability to communicate complex technical problems clearly and confidently to clients.
- Several years of experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and design assurance within delivery teams.
- Extensive experience in agile and classic (waterfall) project methodologies.
- Independent, cooperative, and committed to continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the Centre of Excellence.
