About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated colleagues for our rapidly growing consulting organization. You will engage with the latest technologies and topics in DevSecOps security, advising, conceptualizing, and implementing solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

Engage with the latest technologies and topics in DevSecOps security, advising, conceptualizing, and implementing solutions for clients.
Ensure security from initiation to delivery within the CI/CD process model.
Independently create security-specific requirements for all phases of the DevOps cycle.
Make client platforms 'Secure by Design' through implementing security measures, hardening, conceptualizing, establishing security tools, automating security checks, setting up security monitoring, vulnerability management, secrets management, nanosegmentation, securing automated applications, and advising on security policies including IAM roles/policies, encryption, and auditing.
Work flexibly and independently in our offices, at the client's site, or from home.
Lead presales meetings with clients to introduce DevSecOps and its various aspects and products.

Requirements

Experience in DevOps.
Basic knowledge of Linux-based systems.
Experience in securing and using Openshift, Kubernetes, Git-based tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
Awareness of the urgency of securing critical systems.
Experience with scripting and automation (optional).
Experience with Application Security Testing tools (e.g., SAST, SCA, DAST, IAST) (optional).
Motivation to acquire new knowledge in exciting subject areas.
Innovative thinking, confident demeanor in consulting situations, and accountability.
Fluent German (written and spoken).
Good English language skills.
