About the Role

The Analyst plays a key role in supporting organizational effectiveness by providing analytical, operational, and administrative support across the business. This position partners with leadership and cross-functional teams to improve processes, support strategic initiatives, and ensure the efficient execution of day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide analytical and administrative support to leadership and corporate functions, including research, reporting, documentation, and coordination of organizational initiatives.
  • Collect, analyze, and maintain operational, administrative, and organizational data to support informed decision-making.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, summaries, dashboards, and other management materials as required.
  • Monitor administrative processes, workflows, and procedures and identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and increased efficiency.
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of organizational policies, procedures, and operating practices.
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects, meetings, initiatives, and administrative activities to ensure timely completion and effective communication.
  • Conduct research and provide analysis to support organizational planning, policy development, and management decision-making.
  • Support compliance with applicable company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures, and administrative guidelines.
  • Serve as a resource to employees and internal stakeholders by responding to administrative inquiries and facilitating timely resolution of issues.
  • Support special projects and other organizational initiatives as assigned by leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
  • Some professional experience in administrative analysis, business operations, project coordination, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to analyze information, prepare clear reports, and communicate findings effectively.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments and with employees at various levels of the organization.
