About the Role
Sunbelt Rentals is seeking an AZ Driver to deliver and recover equipment, tools, and supplies to customer worksites. This role involves driving a Class A truck with various trailer types in diverse conditions and requires safe operation in tight settings.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and recover a variety of equipment, tools and supplies to and from the customer worksite.
- Drive a Class A truck hauling equipment on a flatbed (dovetail) or RGN (lowboy) trailer.
- Drive safely in tight settings such as construction zones.
- Troubleshoot and make minor repairs to equipment and vehicle at job sites.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid Driver’s license with AZ CDL License.
- Acceptable driver's record.
- Prior training and/or experience with similar commercial equipment preferred.
- Experience driving flat-beds, RGN/lowboy, dovetail trailers.
- Ability to troubleshoot and make minor repairs to equipment and vehicle at job sites.
- Customer service attitude.
- Ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, lift 50 pounds or more, and work indoors/outdoors.
