The Loan Agency Operations Analyst - Transfers role focuses on managing the transfers process within U.S. Bank Global Corporate Trust Services. Responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact for Lenders and Borrowers regarding the transfer process.
  • Process transfers for a diverse portfolio of deals, including leverage finance and real estate.
  • Manage workflow for primary and secondary market transfers, including signing certificates, collecting fees, and updating loan systems.
  • Update KYC system to add incoming lenders before transfer sign-off.
  • Perform weekly reconciliation of transfer fees and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Maintain lender contacts in Debtdomain for receiving financial and waiver/amendment requests.
  • Maintain lender contacts in a central address book for facilities not covered by Debtdomain.
  • Provide data to maintain accurate transaction records in the system database.
  • Communicate with Borrowers, Lenders, and other parties on daily issues and queries.
  • Liaise with systems vendors to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, managers, and project teams to streamline processes and drive improvements.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a Loan Agency function, 3rd Party Agent, or Loan Administration role.
  • Documentation review skills for transfer cert templates, assignment agreements, and accession deeds.
  • Ability to manage personal workflow and handle a high volume of transfers.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple demands while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Good Excel skills.
